Prior to this picture being taken I sat on a wall and took some time out to spend a quiet moment with nature…Gradually the air filled with song as the birds welcomed a new dawn and as I mounted my camera onto the tripod the sheep stood up giving me the opportunity to take this picture of them…Please enjoy.

You plan your shots as well as anyone I know Mick. Your preparation always reaps the dividends.
Another superb shot.
At first I thought the horses had shrunk wearing their little woolen jackets. :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

There's a sometime super-realistic look to your photos, Mick.. and once again, this image gets that nod. (It's a good good thing. :o) )

Well-composed.. with your models complying with almost all full profiles. And the lighting is indeed special.

Caveats?

Bear with me, as I am sure you know much more about the ins and outs of photography than I do.

Parts look a tad.. a tad, mind you ... over-sharpened (castle outline/silhouette ... tree top in the upper section). And here I am wondering and with respect to the largest resolution size available, if in the resizing that is where what my eyes are seeing might have their roots.

So..

Grab a cuppa and have a read for yourself (if applicable):

"Difference Between Image Resizing and Resampling"

The above article/tutorial of sorts.. is written with Photoshop in mind. However, the available options of Bicubic Smoother, Sharper, et al ... are common to most, if not all, image editing programs/software.

That said..

+favs for me.

A wonderfully rich and vibrant image on the colour front. And I feel as though I could reach through my monitor and get my fingers lost in all that soft wool.

And but of course, thank you for sharing this one with us. :o)
