A famous Northumberland coastal scene with Dunstanburgh castle in the background. The large boulderfield along the coast makes an excellent foreground to the scene. These rocks are nicknamed "the death rocks" by photographers as they are as slippery as they look. I fell over twice before I even reached the waters edge to get this shot!!!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . This is a true beauty. I just had the opportunity to vote on its inclusion into the permanent gallery. Great photo.

An amazing capture of this castle. The low POV by the rocks give it a more personal feeling as if I'm really standing there. Fantastic.
