Nice shot.. i like the strong lines created, however lighting is a bit harsh, with shadows covering most of the bridge on the side you took the photo. Perhaps a different time of day would fix this issue.

You chose an interesting subject with all the architectural lines. I like that I can see the contrast in the one set of wires that are on the top right with the sunlight on it.
It would've been nice if there was more of a contrast on the pillar and wires. It's kind of flat grey. As .postaldude66 mentioned, either a different time of day or different angle probably would have helped. Even toward sunset or sunrise would give a different coloring. This has such interesting lines, it'd be nice if you could get photos of just the pillar and wires without the trees, river, and background. Have it almost look abstract with the sharp contrast against the sky and the reflections on the wire and concrete. Play around with angles. You could do a lot with this subject :)
