:) I went to the beach today and this is my first ever capture of a bird in flight. I think it was actually looking at me as well :). . . . . .Panasonic DMC-FZ7. . . . . Thank you for viewing and please feel free to comment, criticize or just tell me you felt the same thrill when you captured your first flying bird :).

Oh Lord this is just too much. Yes I know EXACTLY how you feel Eve with your first capture of a bird in flight. I have on standby a picture of a gull which is my first capture of a bird in filght, even wrote a little poem about it trying to express my exhuberance. I'll be posting it shortly. Your capture of the birds grace in flight is LOVELY. An outstanding post.

Just a lovely bird and capture Eve, and what a feeling this gives me also. I know how hard it is to capture a bird in flight, let alone getting it framed as perfect as you have. May peace and happiness be your friends, always. Dwight.

A very dramatic and very lovely shot, Lyn. It is wonderful. There is something about the detail that is very appealing and of course, your framing is sensational.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
