Avocado (Persea Americana) . . First you cut it, then you shoot it, then you eat it :) Delicious!! Now I have half a pair of pears. oh yummm...I had to save this to my food file. I love with with Tex/Mex food and that bowl brings that to mind as well. I don't do it very often as they 're loaded with calories, but when I fall off the diet wagon..it's stuff like this that lures me in :)
