13 years ago yesterday I posted my first photo to caedes, called Tranquility.
It was not straight and was completely unedited - I did not know how nor did I have anything to edit with !
I hope it will be allowed to have a repost with this improved version - straightened this time, and some slight colour enhancement. The camera was Kodak LS420 2 MP (and was at the time my pride and joy)
I have visited Millbrook numerous times since 2006, the most recent being last November and I have posted many photos from there.This 2006 one, with its faults, remains my favourite. Please enjoy the tranquility :)

We all have learned a lot from fellow members of Caedes, LE.
I too learned about straightening.
Title is perfect and the movie title I posted today, would work for you with this one.
Needless to say, you got off to a great start with this beautiful scene.

I too started with a digital Kodak Lyn in 2004 - I learned from that camera and truly loved it (still have it). I see the improvements but it was an excellent shot to begin with.

Lyn, I've read your narrative with a smile on my face because I see a lot of similarities with has happened to me as well. I joined Caedes about 12½ years ago. I hadn't any idea about RAW images, editing, etc. as well.
