8.19am, taken with mobile phone from my home. Some odd lens flare but decided to leave it. We have had some spectacular sunrises recently.It took only a matter of seconds for there to be just a thin line on the sea's horizon until the full orb of the sun had risen. I see this from my kitchen window.

Very good result for a mobile phone camera, Lyn. I agree with Raj, that the reddish rays and the glow add to the beauty of this early in the Saturday morning taken sunrise capture.
