Taken at Thornbury Sailing Club, which is about 2 miles up river from the old Severn bridge between Wales and England. This river has the second largest tidal range in the world of nearly 50 feet, now isn't that interesting...

This is really nice, I like the lighting you have caught here. I might have had the sail boat a little more off centered for a better composition, but that is just my opinion, still very nice.

You are probably right, it certainly isn't perfect and I feel it needs a bit more sea between the viewer and the boat itself to lead you into the photo.
Might have a play and add some more sea and sky.
(pssst, I didn't say that, as that would be cheating...).
