I hope everyone enjoys this one, I sure do. This was taken around 9pm with a Canon Powershot S3 IS. This photo has not been edited :)
Enjoy.
Ohhh ohhhh oh Canada ... you have served up a remarkable visual for others to gauge the beauty and serenity that we can enjoy up here.
Compositionally, there are some very, very strong elements at work here. The naturally occurring lines of the two opposing shorelines and what appears (in addition to the natural cloud formations) to be a contrail you captured are great visual guides for this setting.
Add the colour palette present in the sky from the setting sun .... this ... this is my country. You have showcased exceptionally the northern spirit. Well done ... well done. :o)
Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
Apparently I did miss this one. Now how did that happen? Excellent. Are all your pictures taken with the Canon S3 IS? That's suppose to be a super little camera. Love this composition.
