Great looking photography love the blue in the sky and water and the reflections stretched out in the water of the building with them stunning colours and great detail plus presentation too.

Well it might be a touch fuzzy but, heck, for a low-light hand-held, you did a heckuva job, Richard. As has already been said, those bright colors and their reflections make the shot work. The aquarium, moon and the moon's reflection create a nice triangular diagonal, a traditional and strong element. The pano also accentuates the shape of the structure nicely. It wasn't until I enlarged it and started looking around that I spotted the gondolas swinging about the pier (?) on the left. Nice entry and good luck in the contest.

This was the only one I voted for that finished in the top five (and you weren't #5 in my vote) and, considering that I've seen a few of yours that you tell us you hand-held to get the shot, I'm thinking we need to give you the nickname "Bipod" because you're so dang steady, almost as though you used a tripod. At least yours made it into the 5... better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
