When I was a kid and lived in Scotland we used to be paid to collect wild rose hips. These were used to make rose-hip syrup which is a great source of vitamin C and was given to children as a health drink. Gorgeous colours Marzena.
Very nice capture of a rose hip and lovely detail and colours too.Did you no these are packed full of victim C.The used to make rose hip Syrup from these then it was banned as it could root teeth before they cam through on infants .
Better late than never. A nice capture of this rose past its prime SAM. Great colours and details in the photo. Too bad there wasn't a piece of technology that could inform you when these things are in bloom. :-)
