Hi Milo....I love the feel this photo gives me! I can feel the stillness..the "nothing" sounds of silence....the coolness of the shadows...I love this photo...its just gorgeous!! And those evergreens reaching to the blue skies!! this is pure loveliness....bravo!!!

i dont know if its the distortion in our lens (which is pretty bad) or just a freak of nature) but all the trees are leaning towards the centre of the picture. at first i thought this was on the kananaskis river, but then i realized where it really was, and that the water was actually flowing 'away' from us. too bad you couldnt have taken this a week earlier when the trees had all thier fall colours hey?
