I have been working on this picture in Vue 4 Pro and now Vue 5 Infinitefor about a month and many hours of work and rendering I am quite happy how its turned out. reccomendations for improvement/comments welcome. :) Enjoy! Mindstormer

Extraordinary detail; excellent composition and light. The image has an otherworldliness feel, which makes for the consummate children's story illustration in reality/fastasy.

I just started working with Vue d'Esprit a few weeks ago and appreciate how challenging this image was to put together. It definitely has a fantasy feel to it does indeed look like a "secret" garden. It has something of a mysterious feel to it.

I love it! Magnificent work. It's obvious that you have spent a great deal of time on this one....and it was well worth the effort. There are a few plants that I see that are of particular interest. =0)

One bead at a time..
Excellent realistic look to each individual plant here and there are many to view. Quite impressive. If I were to suggest adding anything it may be something to the back right of the composition so the "tilt" feel is not present. It still gets top votes from me. Everything else is dead on level and composed beautifully.

well in one of the earlier versions when I was still working on it in Vue 4 Pro I had laid grass over all the terrain, it was my luck that Vue crashed and i had to do it again, but in the end when I got Vue 5 Infinite I tossed it all out and went with an ecosystem. hmmm, maybe ill add a few more plants on the right, also if you want to see the other versions they are all at my website, (link in my profile and should be in my sig if it worked when I tried to change it...)

You should be happy it came out this great! WOW! I thought this was a picture from the thumbnail but when I opened it up it had some of the computer made qualities but definitely the highest vote possible! Great job!

VERY pretty, though the sky looks like it is been viewed from space (i.e., looks like some photos i have seen of the sky from space :s ); maybe it is a garden on the moon!?!?!?!

just incredible.. awesome image all around and well worth the time. i looked quite hard at this image and the only thing that i have a hint of a problem with is that the left two limbs on the large left tree look very similar, and it draws my eyes to it. nothing major at all though, and top marks on this ;]

Knowing how difficult an image like this can be to construct, I'm very impressed. It's a 10 for sure. Nice work. I do have two suggestions, first the lighting is too unnatural and it doesn't help your water stand out. I'd work to make the lighting more realistic and have at least one beam shine through the water showing the bottom and highlighting the ripples a bit more. This will not be easy, but it is doable. Obviously it's not a criticism because I gave a ten as is because I like it.

hmmm, I had already dont a upgrade from a previous critisizm, ill definately see if i can add more depth to the water so you can see through it... im kinda new to vue even though ive used it for a year i havnt bothered to go through the manual, but I did see somthing about that when I was paging through it the other day, also ill see if I can learn more advanced lighting too :) thanks for all the votes and critisism, ill definately see if i can enhance my graphic some more :) Thanks for all the comments, keep the comments and critisism coming :) (hope I spelled that all right :p ) also i hope somehow my votes are transferred to a enhanced version if I upload one after ive upgraded it. :)
