Hello eveyone. I had made this black and white photo of my wife's piano. I asked our great friend Nathan to make a framing. He was kind enough to fulfill my request. Futhermore he sepia toned it to give it some warmth. Well, I am very happy with the result, I hope you like it as well!

Truly lovely, the sepia tone gives it just the right warmth and the diffused lighting gives it a soft glow. Subject matter couldn't be better and the framing is understated. 10

Well, I printed this out. Played what I could see. Could not figure out what this lovely piece is, and would like for you to take a seperate pic of the music and send it to my email. lol I would love to play all of it and figure it out. What I could play was really pretty. ;) Anyway, any image that gets that much effort out of me deserves it's high votes. I am impressed with the image. Another nice collab. from you two. Saved.

An excellent composition and topic. The flare at the far end of the piano seems to blend into the background lights and prevents my eye from wondering to far from the main focus of the image. Very nicely done, Creativity at it’s best.

8/10 - The picture is gorgeous, but I think the framing ruins it. It breaks the natural lines in the picture, and doesn't really contribute to it, other than looking nice, but it doesn't add to its value. Could you post a picture of the piano without the framing?

This is wonderful you two!
I think your wife is thrilled with the outcome?
I hope you surprise her by printing it off and framing it for her wall?

I just ran into this one., A great looking picture, nice angle and composition. I like the glowing effect of the blurred hi-lights in the middle ground. It went straight to my faves. Thanks for posting.

that second last line looks pretty scary *shudders* i miss the days of trombone music only one note at a time..., is there a soft focus filter applied on the highlights or is just purely from a wide aperture?
