I dreamed about riding a horse on a beach, the setting sun in my face... This is how it looked.

how do I do it?
Well in this case I just walked up to the girl on the horse and told her she would look lovely against the sunny sky and if she wanted to pose for me so I could take a picture. And she would, so she came around for three turns on her horse.
If you ask friendly it is sometimes amazing how gladly people will cooperate.

If you can't find the words, you may as well shoot it...
this is great, the only thing i might do is to get rid of the red fringing around the guys back, and the horses mane. just desaturating that part or soemthing a little would work. also, did you mess with the sky to get rid of the sun? or was it just higher in the sky. i like the colour of the sky, but the shading in it i find a little unbelievable

one word: spectacular. this certainly looks like the most wonderful dream.. i can almost feel like i'm there.. soft wind blowing, sound of waves, the sun shining and reflecting.. perfect.
the contrasts on the lower part are magnificent! the reflections, ripples, everything is perfect! i wish we could see the sun on the image, the sky looks a bit lonely.. but, after all, it's your dream :D
