Wow. wonderful colours. the red pattern on the back of the butterfly is outstanding.
you have composed exelently with the flower facing the right, and the butterfly over to the left. nevermind about the leaf.

Oh Paul..this is sooo awesome...it almost looks like the flower gave birth to the butterfly! That red on the wings..and the red hibiscus...this is soo pretty, that little bit of green is ok..
This is a different sort of butterfly shot. The flower and the insect balance each other, and the clarity is excellent. I will refrain from addressing the leaf :-)
John 3:16
" For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life."
When I first came upon your images, the first being 'Butterfly,' I thought there was an element of contrivance or manipulation to them ... and then it hit me ... if I question whether an image is studio taken or 'natural,' then you are doing a superb job.
This one, in particular, is absolutely perfect ... leaf in the foreground, or no. I am astounded as to how you 'got' these photos. Did you lie in wait? And since I love a good mystery, don't tell me ... I will be pleased enough to enjoy what you are sharing. Thanks.
I picked this particular photo from your "oldies" cause despite the colour choice you managed to present both objects: the buttefly and the flower without any harm to any of these. This is what I call mastery: bright, saturated, clear and well focused.
