Hello Paul! Im glad Im the first one to comment on this...so now, our "faceless" Paul is still a mystery eh? and so is yur little girlie! Wish I could see her eyes at least...but this is a most unusual photo..and I will never ever be able to do something like this. IT is fantastic! And dont we all wish we could hold our children like this forever? But they grow and we still cherish them...I love all the dark area around your hand...this is such a tender photo, not only the subject matter but the whole feeling.I really am amazed at being able to see the lines in yur hand...too...just amazing...congrats!!!
Fantastic image... the combination of both images really gives a loving feel to it... wonderful work Paul.. very creative, the lighting and b&w effect is perfect... love it... I hope I get this as a random.. 10+
This one got me rushing out of the voting booth. I think it a marvellous and imaginative manipulation and a commendable presentation. I am very impressed.
WOW, The feelings this image brings out in me. I have twin boys that are grown now. I also wish I could hold them like this forever. they just grow up too fast. great work Paul ! incredible image ! 10 plus here too !! WOW !

Dear Paul,
I was fascinated the first moment I saw this wonderfull picture. I love the sharpness of your hand, and I love the serenety of your sleeping child. I am speechless, great job!!!!
I love this. The manipulation and eye for detail is great. And the feeling of the picture (which I consider to be the most important) is amazing.
We used to do this with just a camera and playing around a bit with perspective ;-)
Ah...nostalgia
This makes me think of Gods amazing love, that is how He feels for us and it will not make a difference how old we get, He will always hold us in His loving hand.

I have seen a picture like that it was really old and if you would sell it it would go away for a lot and yours looks very much like it and now that i saw this i am gonna save it and get better at manipulation thanks for all your tips Paul. Keep up the good work

Paul, I've just now seen this for the first time, thanks to the "Featured Image" spot on the front page. Most excellent shot, sir. The emotion jumps off the screen. +faves
For the life of me I do not know why I haven't seen this beauty before! FI brought it to me today. So then I had to come back to your awesome gallery (again). Why does your profile say occupation "Head Industrial Automation department"?? It should say "Professional Photographer"! =0) Your art and eye never fail to amaze and stupify me... I would love to be able to comment on ALL of your posts - but I am not experienced enough to be able to say more than AMAZING! So I won't bore you with that and just say 'thank you'... Regards,
Really nice idea. Very creative. Your hand is very well captured, but unlike everyone else who has commented, I was disappointed to see the girls face obsured by her teddy. It looks like an accidental incident and not an intentional perspective and unfortunately it becomes a focal point for me when I try to enjoy the image. Unless you wanted to hide your daughters identity, but it would have worked much better if she'd covered her face with her own hand and arm. And her left hand is blurred by some movement, which breaks up the serenity of the capture. Obviously better than what I could have produced, so my comments must be taken as unqualified suggestions.
