For a moment the sun broke through the clouds and the mountain changed it's costume.

It's amazing the difference a little sunshine can make. I like the contrast of the rocks and the softness of the grasses. Nicely composed. Well done!

Wow Paul, there are so many textures in this image. The clouds look very ominous in the backgorund, yet feathery. The rocks in the foreground are rich in color and the softness of the grasses is most appealing. I do like the way the sun seemed to sweep across the mountain and give it the perfect light so you could take this photo for us to enjoy! Thanks for posting it. Into my favorites folder on my harddrive ~:)

It's amazing isnt it what a little spot of sunlight can do? This is so interesting because of the textures...The drama in the clouds..just makes this picture so ominous! I love thos huge rocks in the foreground...but mostly of course I love that dab of sun barging thru that great sky. Very nice shot, Paul...hugs to ya hun!!

Hello Paul.....This is a beauty....You have used the light superbly, the hardness of the rocks and the softness of the vegetation makes this picture a pleasure to view...Excellent....All the best...Mick.

I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority.
