Cute animals well protected for the coming winter.
We do not have so furry cattle in Poland and these look great.
Nice composition too ! Family portrait LOL
I don't know how you managed to get them to line up for you in this wonderful diagonal line, but it's exquisite. This looks like a painting and a very good one at that..into my faves, and thanks for working on this one. You're such a talented person.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
Paul, great title, I think we have another oxymoron going here or is it just oxen. Great post. They look like they see you. Hope you weren't wearing red. Good composition.
May I take lessons from you? You make a good photo look easy to take and it's not! Was this shot in RAW format? By the way, very high marks in the VB on this one.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

What a picture, this is just fantastic. What WERE you doing though to get them to line up and all look at you like that? Beautiful textures and colours, it really is a magnificent take.
Superb image of those lovely animals! Great colors and detail.
Just love the way the all have got their head turned towards you!
By the way where in Holland do you live? Cause it looks as if we got the same neighbours. If I step out my frontdoor I can see some lovely Highlanders.
Great post Paul! Mich
