Ohh yes, now I can just hear you thinking: "how many shots did that idiot have to make before he got this photo right! And what did he do with all that spoiled wine? He must have indulged many bottles!" Well, I admit it took some shots and I drank a lot of the ... ehhh..grape juice. Anyway, I was looking for a new challenge so I just had to try this. The tech.data: Shutter 1/3200, aperature f10, ISO 400.

cool picture, too bad you screwed it up with that horrible signature in the middle of the dang shot. Subtle.

Paul, have some troubles with 'that idiot' in your narrative. When you say to me that it's because you're humble but really meant 'that genious', I will accept this from (only) you, lol.
Perfect image (& technically perfect)! Great job! Regards, Cornelius

The only thing I would love more than this shot, is a shot of you taking this shot! lol A wonderful challenge. Maybe Caedes should offer up challenges for its contributors like this one just to keep everyone on their photographic toes. lol I know right now that I could never accomplish what you have done here.
I bet you were as delighted to post this as we are to view it.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Amazing shot Paul... I was sure at first that you had just duplicated the first shot and pasted it into the background. Love the way the sunlight glows in the closest glass. The patterns of the wine are fascinating. You should sell this to a winery for advertising! Gives new meaning to the term "Make mine a double"...

Were you really pouring wine into the glasses or is the photoshopped? Wonderful idea! I imagine drinking the wine would have made shooting this a lot of fun.

Oh yes, I'll take a glass! What a captivating view of "the grape". I don't know how you did this, but it's a winner :) I feel refreshed now that it's on my desktop. Wonderful waves of sparkling red wine. Thanks for quenching my thirst Paul :^>
