For several years my wife has been growing a Christmas Cactus. This year was the first time it bloomed, but it did so in June instead of December. Still, it is a pretty accent for the living room.

So gorgeous and such a elegant colour - This genus type of cacti contains the popular house plants known by a variety of names including Christmas Cactus, Thanksgiving Cactus, Crab Cactus and Holiday Cactus, which are Schlumbergera cultivars, and flower in white, pink, yellow, orange, red or purple.
