I've posted a picture of these falls before, but added it to make this collection of falls along the Niobrara River complete. You can walk right up the staircase of rocks to the upper plateau.

That's cool to see a waterfall that you can just walk right up.

It certainly does appear you could walk right up these rocks, but probably not safely in the rainy season. I know from experience that even 4" or 5" of water depth, rushing on, can sweep a person right off their feet. Great perspective... and I might be tempted to use this one for the current contest instead of the lone duck. Just a thought.
