"Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual."
Edward Weston
seeing this work of art made me go back and take a look at your other submissions, this is one of the best of your creations, a 10/10!, thanks for sharing , figures look like red ice.
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
Hey Pim, I really like this one. The only niggle is the mostly concealed figure in the centre which to me looks like a deformity on the centre figure. I love the colours and textures in the figures. The subtle shadows on the walls are a superb touch as are the little reflections on the ceiling. I imagine you have put a lot of hours into this one, it’s been worthwhile, and it really is an outstanding piece of work.
This is one of my favorite images of yours to date. I love the whole concept, positioning, background, shadow work, etc. I do agree with Robert that the leg and partial body in the center is it's only distraction for me. I'm ready for more of this concept. ;)
Oh god! How did you actually use bryce here? I find bryce good only in putting all the objects to their intended places. For modeling I find wings3D better and nearly any of the good cg softwares beat bryce in rendering. ...and now to the point: this is marvelous 3D work so I'd like to hear what was the role of bryce
Nothing I would have thought I would have liked in passing, but after a bit of scrutiny I find it quite engaging.
I do agree with the comment on "mostly concealed figure in the centre"
Now all the plump blue women will demand equal time?
