I have no idea what kind of flower this is. I found it growing wild near Santa Rosa Creek. Typically, I post my Foofy shots on Thursday night, but we lost power last night; so here it is today. Enjoy and let me know what in the world it is.

Roger, I think the flower in the image is a cleome, commonly known as the spider flower.
But I hope that Kathy can confirm my suggestion.

I concur with Mr. C. - it is a Cleome or spider flower. Very nicely photographed Roger with a great bokeh to set off the flower!
