This is not a manipulation. It is an old apartments building in Hamburg. The owner wanted it painted multicolored and got special permission from the city council. It was more of a gag than anything else. So he engaged an artist to do that. She says it wasn't cheap because every colour needed a few coats of paint so that it doesn't wash out easily. You cannot drive past without noticing it!

Raj, in my country there are a lot of rules. The 'Beauty Commission' would never consent. Such a picture can therefore not be made here. Thanks to a different view of Germany, it is possible there, with a surprising picture as result.

Raj - With the bright colors, this is a playful looking building - yes, it would draw lots of attention of passersby. For occupants, it must be easy to give directions to friends; 'Just look for the bright - well, you'll know when you see it!'. A good contest entry. Thad
