While the tea service is lovely as is the porcelain, what really caught my eye were those beautiful embroidered napkins - so delicate and lovely and speaks of an era before the ubiquitous paper napkin. Excellent entry.
Oh, how lovely...I remember something like this from the times I spent with my grandmother...great entry, Raj, and well captured...best of luck in the contest.
Beautifully done Raj - a time of great elegance. I have to say though - today I polished the old silver service and chose some old china in readiness to do something similar - not a chance now, I could not top this beautiful entry. It is said that great minds think alike lol
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
You caught the lighting on this very nicely!
Good luck in the contest old friend!
