Looks like a good place to get in touch with your mind and body, Raj. I have heard it can be quite successful. It definitely looks peaceful in this scene.

Raj, Ayurveda was an unknown phenomenon to me, so I've searched the net for some information and have found THIS.

Looks a very serene and restful place to be Raj. I was surprised to learn that Ayurveda has been around for over 5000 years - it must be effective !
