Now we pass on our right an old warehouse which has been converted into an apartments (condos) building and more larger condos built on the roof (the glass covered area). There is also a restaurant at the top.

Although converted for good use...it still looks like a warehouse!...Good angle for this..shows the size of it.

Perfect destination for a not longer in use warehouse, Raj.
Think that the apartments aren't cheap because one has to pay for the splendid view across the Elbe river or its adjacent waters.

Thanks for a fine addition to this series.

Reminds me of containers stacked together ! I think the views from these apartments must be splendid. Not sure which I wold prefer - the lower ones with the small balconies or the uppers ones with the enclosed sun room. Maybe the upper ones would be very good for growing tomatoes !

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Many places are utilizing such old warehouses, factories and such for other destinations Raj. I bet you can see the nostalgia floating down the river from these apartments.
Great shot.

It is great to see some of the remodeling folks do with some of the older structures rather than destroy them. Fine shot Raj.

Excellent perspective that shows the size of this structure, and it's always nice to see them reuse instead of tearing down. I bet the higher up they are, the more the price tag is, good one Raj. tigs=^..^=

Love the architecture of this building Raj - looks like a very nice place to live - like the choice of building materials - glass and terra cotta brick/masonry - Very Nicely Done!!!!!!!!!!!!

If that were here in the U.S that would had faced the wrecking ball years ago. Glad they were able to repurpose it.

I do so enjoy seeing repurposing of structures, instead of demolishing them to build a futuristic monolith. The detail and quality of older structures can teach new designers so much about character. This one's a monster, with more than enough tenants to have a "block party" all on their own.
