I was at the zoo today and took a lot of photos. 10:30 AM was already snoozing time for these lazy flamingos.

It's amazing how they don't fall over when asleep on one leg..

Good catch with all these in the shot..

It looks like they are having an exercise/instructional class Raj.
They are learning to stand on one leg.
The gull seems to be enthralled by the class.
The statue seems to have an attitude!
Two of the folks on the bench are saying "Remember When" and the young couple is thinking about when their addition will walk, let alone stand on one leg.
As you can see, there is a lot to see and enjoy in this wonderful photo.

They are making me tired looking at them but aside from that what a lovely place at the zoo to take a rest stop in the shade and enjoy the pond and water fountain...looking forward to more of your zoo shots...now I'm off for a nap:)...great shot.

Flamingos do like a lot of down time such as cats. I do not mean to sound inappropriate, but the man who murdered "Pinky" one of our flamingos at Busch Gardens a few years ago was killed crossing the street recently, sorry but Karma is something I won't mention here.

With your park photos people don't have the idea that they were taken close to or in the city. Here the comparable is the case because one wouldn't suspect that this capture was taken in a zoo.
A very fine capture, Raj!
