Trying to figure out what it is. At first, it looked like a hamburger on a stick. Then, some weird alien craft entering our atmosphere - with these big antennae sticking out. :) I think it must be a stick poking out of the water with a little base of snow?
I see a buoy trough a "home-made window", Rob! ..and I like it!
(Next time you can make the window a bit larger - I have so few icons...and If you have any questions about the carpentry work just message me..hehe)
Arne! I'm glad you liked my window. but did you see the joints? .. very nicely glued and not a hint of the brads pinning them together. :)
As to size... it just wouldn't have worked if it was larger. However, I am willing to ship you a bag of icons that you can sprinkle around the window if the black is overpowering. ;)
I'm really into goth rock and new wave. My favorite band is The Birthday Massacre. The guy in my avatar is, in fact, a guy. His name is Mana from the band Malice Mizer.
Its so awesome!! I couldn't figure out what it was, at first. The difference between the water and the fog is so subtle, and the colours don't change almost at all. High marks from me, awesome pic
I hold it true that thoughts are things; They're endowed with bodies, breath and wings:
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results, or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest spot, leaving it's blessings or it's woes like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future, thought by thought for good or for ill, yet know it not.
Yet so the universe was wrought .
Thought is another name for fate.
Choose then thy destiny and wait, for Love brings Love and Hate brings Hate. - Henry Van Dyke.
I thought you had just put a gradient with a border on a black background and would have had to electronically slap you ;) Looks can be deceiving, eh? Interesting shot there.
Tony (tbhockey) this picture, but for framing, is straight from the camera, no filters or enchancements. You'll find more from that same day in my gallery.
