By request, I'm posting the base picture from "New Hampshire Calm" sans border. While this may appear to be greyscale it is, in fact, a full colour shot cast in the grey hues of a morning fog. If you like it ..you're welcome to vote ;) This is, by far, a favourite place for my wife and I and holds many dear memories, current and future. 10 from me. This is a lovely calm image with the unruffled waters and smooth mists attesting to the peace of the moment. The foreground tree gives a great depth of field too.

wonderful photo Rob.. i really like the colors (or lack thereof).. one question.. what IS that dock looking object? its not connected to anything, which makes me curious as to its purpose.. high marks..

DJ .. this photo was taken in the spring and the deck of the dock had not been installed yet. The aluminum structure was there, but still amid the spring installation. There is a wooden plank that leads from the shore to the structure shown.
It made a much nicer picture in the absence of all the dock furniture, boats etc.
