Water in many stages of freezing....or near freezing or trying to run away from the cold. I wonder, and often have, what makes water take on that color. I've seen it before, and I know it's not just the lighting conditions...is it minerals? At any rate, this is a topnotch photo that carries a lot of impact.

I agree PJ, I have seen these falls a # of time and each time I'm just puzzled by the water color. Other water courses very near by are quite blue/grey (as you can see in some of my subsequent postings) where this is decidedly copper.

Just the same, interesting to the camera!
