Good composition. I agree having the limbs enhance an already good scene by filling some of the void left to clouds. It looks more "personal" like being there.
What a very pretty view. The included foreground plants and tree branch just lead us into the wonderful summer landscape. A really wonderful post, Susanne!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I love the color tones. It really looks so much like the valleys where we are. So close yet so far away, just click and share, how far we have come, Wow! Very nice.

You have done a great job of showing us the lovely countryside in which you live. The natural framing and the foreground grasses along with the awesome clouds make this a superb shot. >< ♪ ♫ :)sandi ♪ ♫ ♪

Hi Susanne, it looks quite beautiful out there! Great picture, I like the darkness captured in the clouds here, and those few branches hanging over the top of the picture, giving it a good sense of perspective.
