The Alder trees along the Black River don´t have many leaves left now. The river looks dark and cold, only the grasses add a bit of color. The solitary white rowboat brightened up the view a bit though.

I still feel the warmth from the tones and scene. Picturesque.... such a opportune spot to have a boat to meander down the river with. These trees are a perfect canopy adorning the shoreline.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??
The reflections in the dark water are so clear especially the boat. Well composed image, Susanne.

There are no leaves left on the naked trees, and every autumn it give me a sad mood for a while !
