When I went to check my mail this morning this guy was sitting right next to the mailbox. If the wind hadn't disturbed him I'm sure he would have sat there all day but as it was I only managed to get four shots, fortunately two of them turned out rather well. This one has been reduced to 70 percent and rotated a fair bit, the second one is less edited.

My very first reaction to this full view was an out loud ... "Oh, My God ! " Your camera has a fabulous macro lens Sam, I can even see a faint hint of blue on some of his wings ! Beautifully shot & presented, love it love it love it.

this one is very cool too. the 'legs' of this little fellow are quite scary^^ I prefer the other composition though. I find the angle more attractive in the other one.
