Experimenting with slow shutter. While the shutter is opened, I rotated my camera to get this effect. Originally, this place is just some street light. I replaced the color to make it more attractive. Sometimes, it reminds me of The String Theory or The Railgun. Comments are Welcomed.

Oh, now THAT is cool! I recently bought an SLR and have been experimenting with slow shutter speeds myself, but it never occured to me to rotate the camera like you did. That's an amazing effect. If you're able to somehow rotate the camera in a perfect circle then you'd have a really sweet shot, but seriously, this is cool.
