I'm still sorting through the pics I took on a visit to Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetland Centre last month. This is a pair of Chiloe Wigeon looking rather dapper in the winter sunshine.

I agree this is a lovely composition. May I suggest on the lower duck that perhaps using the dodge tool to empasise the eye in the duck to bring it out? A trick Darryl taught me. I love the reflections in the water.

great shot - agree with June about the lower duck's contrast being a bit overcooked but these things happen :-)

Thank you all, and especially thank you June for the helpful advice. Dodge and burn aren't tools I use a lot so I don't tend to think of them but for this shot it would have been right. Oh well... :-)
