Wow, i love night photography! You shot is fantastic I must get out and do some more. I love the tram too, we dont see them a lot in this country and they are a novelty!

Bookmarked your image here when I saw it the other day.. and came back to place some words now.
Well done on the note of composition. A very strong element/facet of your photo.. in and of itself.
From the placement of the forefront lamps, to that of the street car tracks and street car itself. All works well within frame.
Good good tonalities and exposure. Clarity and focus are there, too.
An interesting night city scene and one that I enjoy.
Caveats?
If you could have eliminated the lens flare.. in my humble opinion, doing so would have elevated your photo that lil' bit more. Just that.. lil'.. bit ... more.
Still, I can summarize my thoughts with the following phrase..
'+favs for me'.
