Carol, although the urban environment with skyscrapers was somewhat misleading to me to determine which memorial was depicted by you, I'm quite sure now that it's the Gen John Logan memorial in Grant Park, Chicago, Illinois. According to Wiki: "the monument was created during 1894 - 1897 and dedicated on July 22, 1897. Henry-Bonnard Bronze Company served as the founder, and additional assistance was provided by Daniel H. Burnham, Annette Johnson, and Mary Lawrence Tonetti."

A very dramatic expression of color, lighting, and depth-of-field, keeping the buildings in focus adding much more than any bokeh would have. A terrific submission, Carol.
