This is a Peony, but I don't know the name of it. A friend out in the country has this awesome, big Peony garden, I've taken so many photos there and she isn't always with me to name them. So leaves me with no names for all the types she has. They are all so beautiful though.

According to your narrative, to me the proper name of the species isn't that important. Only the beauty of a peony is what's count for me. With respect of this, this floral macro is a special one.
