It is time to plant, but it is so dry here that it is hardly worth the time to try. Maybe next week. We always seem to make it through though, we know rain will eventually come.

Awesome picture! This is a beautiful image even though I know people are looking for rain.

Well done. The over-saturation works well with this image.

This is what I always refer to as a ^Calendar Photo^, what a publisher will pick to describe an area or type because of its natural beauty, with all the elements present for that perfect shot. When lighting, weather, angle of capture, even elevation, all come together for the capture. Definitely a fave for me,

Its a splendid scene but the land does look very parched. Hope you get rain soon

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Wonderful shot Carol and I agree it looks like it belongs on a calendar.
