Yes Mum42, I think that you are right. It is slightly blurred. It was taken at 400mm (effectively 640mm with the 1.6x multiplication of the digital) and at 1/125th. So it's a bit of a miracle that it isn't completely blurred. I'll use a tripod this spring. :-)

A bit blurry at full size, agreed. I think there's quite a lot of unused space in this photo, as well. Despite that, I like the concept of "unfolding".... thank you! :D

I love the clarity of the fern combined with the blurred backround! It's beautiful, I think I am a little thrown off with how centered it is....overall..it rocks. :)
