The tree is nice, it almost looks real. And the whole creation is really nice, it has Halloween motives but also is very calm and almost serene..good job!
Just because it's unusual doesn't mean it didn't exist somewhere, sometime. The bold design is the grabber here, not whether you got the weeds right. I'm a big fan of asymmetric compositions like this and the starkness of it all gives it real power. Kudos for not overloading the picture with objects and detail. Less is most often better (a lesson I consistently fail to learn). This would be a great direction for a series.
