In 2009 we visited Syria and Jordan. Magnificent sites and incredible experience. I remember taking this photo then, and cannot help but wonder if it is still there as shown. Always appreciate comments. Thanks.

What a super shot and POV...must have been a fascinating trip though I too would wonder now if it's still the same...the lighting in this shot is unique...would make a great contest entry.

Remember in the dark what God told you in the light.
Nice depth and lighting in this shot. It is most probably still there because in Damascus there was not so much destruction.

A bit soft (but I put that down to it being a night shot and probably hand-held?) but very intriguing. I'm always a little envious of people who get to have unique views of the world to capture and to bring to the rest of us. Thanks for letting us in.

I always enjoy seeing shots down narrow alleys in ancient cities. One can only think about the situation there now. How interesting that you traveled there during times of peace. Well done, Vicki.
