Vicky, this is both a splendid and very moody image.
The foggy background causes on the one hand a lack of colors, but on the other hand this lack is fully compensated by bringing character in this capture while the trees at the foreground give your photograph the essential depth.

The town of Kalabaka, the rock formation, and the Meteora Monasteries, you have it all there. You could make a day of it so easily. What a wonderful part of the world where you live.

A wonderful and dreamy capture Vicki!!! A perfect entry for this contest. I went to Google Maps and looked at this area which is amazing with those rock outcroppings!!! Have you been to the "Holy Monastery of Rousanos - Saint Barbara"?
