Spectacular and otherworldly scenery Ron. It is just massive! I like the triangles formed by the clouds and reflection in the water with the almost parallel lines formed by the island. Great capture:-)
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
You got a real keeper here Ron. I like the colors and the white dividing area a lot. A suggestion: Either more or less foreground would have been good. The small white sliver is a minor distraction, and should either be a part of the image or it shouldn't be there. Good eye, though, and I love the image.
Nice shot..you know, Ivelived in oregon 25 years and still have not got to see Crater Lake. Seems like it's sorta "out of the way"...easier to go to the Ocean...and watch the sunsets. But you certainly captured this well shot scene very well.
Wow! Just an amazing shot - you caught the reflections perfectly. Like Verena, I've never seen the lake. Both times I've been there, it was entirely obscured by fog. I'd post a picture, but there's this C-index thing...:) Seriously, this is wonderful photography! 10.

The factory of the future will have two employees, a man and a dog. The man will be there to feed the dog and the dog will be there to keep the man from touching the computers.
This is amazing shot. It's has a very-not-on-earth appeal to it, veri sci-fi or fantasy. It is so cool that such places exist here on on our planet. You have captured it so well. Thanx for sharing this fantastic landscape with us!! Cheers.........................LPF
