It's tough for me to critique someones drawings mainly because there is so much self expression involved in it - but I'll give it a shot. I like the way you've handled her hair with the individual curls and the bangs softening the high forehead. I also like the nose and eyes - the mouth not so much. I think that maybe a bit of forearm coming into frame in the lower right would have filled out the image more completely. I like the aged treatment of the image but then again I seem to see remnants of some type print or something in the lower center. That being said I'd give this a thumbs up -
