Really nice, I like. I'm always a fan of darker backgrounds, they look good on my computer for some reason.

I LIKE: variance between brightness levels in the glow around blue halo, and texture variance. Movement of red halo contrasting static nature of blue halo. Subtle textures achieved with colour to maintain interest..
I DON'T LIKE: composition - the space between the top and bottom portions of the blue halo and the border are pretty even.
IMPROVEMENTS: even though silhouettes, the two main elements seem fairly even in size. make one smaller.
