TJ's memorial is an awesome one. i like how the visitors show us how big the statue is. my son and i went there in july. i took my pictures and said, "let's go." he told me that we weren't going anywhere until we read all the tablets on all the walls. nice job on this one, aaron.

I like the natural framing within the photo with the columns and walkways Aaron. This is your very best. It is indicative of how big and how great was TJ's shadow on our land.

I have to agree with Jen and Tick. This is just an awesome view of a larger-than-life memorial. I'm glad you saw this possibility and took this shot!

Great job.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

A jerk!? Well .. a product of his times perhaps. However, a very imposing memorial for sure. I think it would be totally awesome picture without the people, who, although providing scale, clutter up the foreground. It would be positively eerie without 'em. How good are you with PhotoShop? :)

-My Gallery- The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking. - Brooks Anderson

Great shot. I love the sillouhette affect. You managed to capture the size and scope of the statue, which is hard to do sometimes. Great job. Great pic of a piece of our nation's History. Keep it up!!
