The silhouettes look really funky Elizabeth. All sizes and shapes. One thing they have in common is that beautiful sky. Very nice post. How are the links doing?

Wonderful silhouettes and a beautiful sunset background. The pastel colors really set off the silhouettes!

Oh, well done! I really love the angling off to the left of the sunset. It makes the silhouettes the centerpiece indeed!

So quietly they pass, the silhouette army. Off on campaigns to other horizons march natures soldiers into the evening's darkness.

Your images have been gracing the home page quite often. I find myself clicking on them also. A stunning capture. Many individuals think that sun and sky with a little earth compose a masterful sunset/rise. However, as demonstrated here we find that the incorporation of more earth (silhouettes of trees) sets off the photo. Great capture.
